What happens after I book?

You receive an email confirmation, intake forms, and either a telehealth link or directions for in-person. Prepare your current meds and supplements list, any recent labs (PDF), and 3–5 goals. Please do not include medical details in the booking form.

No. We can start without labs and order focused tests only if they will change the plan.

When appropriate and if your clinician is licensed in your state, medications may be used. We also use lifestyle, nutrition, and evidence-based supplements.
